About Mines Game

Learn about Mines Game, who we are, our editorial standards, how we keep every Mines Game guide accurate and up to date, and how to reach the team behind this site.

Who Runs This Guide

MinesGameIndia.org is maintained by a small team of real-money Mines players based in India, not a content agency ghostwriting from abroad, and not an automated content farm. Before any guide goes live on this site, at least one team member has logged into the partner platform, deposited real rupees via UPI, placed actual bets on the Mines grid, and, where the page covers withdrawals, waited for a payout to land in a bank account. Information that has not been verified against live platform behaviour does not get published here.

Our editorial scope is deliberately narrow. Mines is a fixed-grid instant-play casino game in which you choose how many mines to seed across a 5×5 board, then reveal cells one at a time, collecting a rising cash multiplier with each safe tile you uncover. Every round you decide whether to cash out at your current multiplier or keep uncovering, and real money moves either way. We cover that game: its rules, its house edge at each mine count, its UPI deposit flow, its withdrawal process, and the specific terms of the Indian partner platform this site links to. Nothing outside that scope appears here.

Our verification routine for a deposit guide is granular: we open the cashier, select the UPI option, generate a payment intent, and complete the transfer using at least two separate apps, typically PhonePe and GPay, then confirm how quickly the balance reflects in the gaming wallet. We note whether BHIM UPI is accepted for players whose banks do not support the major third-party apps, and we document any minimum-deposit floor (the partner platform currently sets this at ₹100 for UPI).

Where the platform shows conflicting information between its help page and its live cashier screen, we report the discrepancy and confirm the actual working behaviour by completing a transaction. This granular approach is why our deposit guides are longer than most: brevity here comes at the cost of accuracy, and accuracy is the only reason this site exists.

We schedule formal platform audits every four weeks and run unscheduled checks whenever a reader flags a change. Every guide carries a "last verified" date at the foot of the page. If the partner platform adjusts its minimum deposit, changes the processing window for UPI withdrawals, or alters the multiplier table available to Indian players, we update the relevant pages within 48 hours of confirming the change through a live session on the platform.

We are independent of the platform operator. We receive a referral commission when a reader signs up through our partner link, that relationship is disclosed plainly in the site footer, but it does not influence our editorial conclusions. If the platform's withdrawal process is slow on a particular day or its KYC requirements change without notice to existing players, we report that, because players making real ₹ decisions deserve accurate information more than an affiliate relationship deserves protection.

Our Team

Four people produce and maintain everything on this site. All four are based in India and play Mines with real money on the same platform we review.

Arjun Mehta, Lead Platform Reviewer. Arjun runs every initial platform audit: opening a fresh account, completing KYC with an Aadhaar-linked mobile number, depositing via PhonePe and GPay, navigating the Mines lobby, and recording the exact multiplier structure at each mine count from 1 mine to 24 mines on the standard 5×5 grid. He derives house-edge figures from the platform's published return-to-player data rather than using approximations. At 3 mines on a 5×5 board, for example, the theoretical RTP sits around 97%, while increasing to 10 mines shifts the risk profile significantly, Arjun documents those differences in plain numbers rather than vague qualitative descriptions.

He re-runs the full audit whenever a major platform update is announced and cross-references the live multiplier tables against the prior version to identify any change that affects player returns. He has been playing real-money instant-win casino games for over four years and joined this project at launch.

Priya Nair, Payments and Withdrawals Editor. Priya is responsible for every guide that involves money movement. Her testing methodology goes beyond a single transaction: she processes withdrawal requests, typically between ₹500 and ₹2,000 to stay within safe test thresholds, at different times of day and on different days of the week, including Sundays and public holidays, to build an accurate picture of actual processing windows rather than advertised ones.

A platform can state "instant UPI withdrawal" in its FAQ and still route transactions through a manual review queue after 10 p.m. Priya records real arrival times and notes that variance. She also tests the KYC escalation that applies to larger cashouts: Indian regulations require additional document verification for certain withdrawal sizes, and her guides explain exactly which documents the platform accepts, PAN card, Aadhaar, and in some cases a bank passbook or statement, and how long each verification step typically takes before funds clear to a UPI-linked account.

Her data on deposit minimums, withdrawal limits, and the distinction between PhonePe, GPay, and BHIM routing for both deposits and withdrawals feeds directly into every payment guide on this site.

Rohan Das, Rules and Odds Writer. Rohan documents how mine placement is randomised each round by a certified random number generator, how the cash-out multiplier compounds as you clear more cells, and how the balance between mines selected and cells remaining shifts the risk profile of each decision mid-round. He works through concrete scenarios: with 5 mines placed on a 5×5 board, the multiplier after safely clearing 5 cells is substantially different from the multiplier you reach after clearing the same 5 cells with 20 mines in play, and the probability of reaching that point differs even more dramatically.

He cross-checks every figure against the platform's own help documentation and flags any discrepancy between what the platform states and what players observe in a live session. He also covers auto-cashout settings, where available, explaining the trade-off between locking in a guaranteed multiplier versus the manual decision to press on, a practical question that real-money players face on every round.

Sneha Krishnan, Fact-Check and Compliance. Sneha reviews every article before publication and acts as the last gate between a draft and a live page. She checks platform terms for deposit limits, withdrawal thresholds that trigger additional KYC, and responsible gambling tools available to Indian players, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. She also monitors the partner platform for policy changes and triggers a content refresh whenever terms are updated.

In practice this means checking the platform's terms-of-service page against our archived version every time we receive a notification or a reader tip. When the partner platform revised its minimum withdrawal floor from ₹200 to ₹300 earlier this year, Sneha caught the change within 24 hours of it going live and updated all affected pages the same day. No page on this site carries outdated ₹ thresholds or superseded withdrawal rules if Sneha has seen it since the change occurred.

Contact

We read every message sent to this site and respond to genuine questions about Mines rules, UPI deposit issues, withdrawal queries, and platform access. If something on a page is wrong, a ₹ figure that does not match what you are seeing on the platform, a UPI method we have listed that is no longer accepted, a processing time that differs significantly from our stated window, please contact us. Reader corrections are one of the most reliable ways we catch errors between scheduled audits, and we take them seriously.

The questions we can genuinely help with include: how the multiplier is calculated at a given mine count and cell-reveal combination; why a PhonePe deposit might show as pending longer than usual and which steps to try before contacting the platform's own support team; what documents the partner platform requires for KYC when a withdrawal exceeds a certain ₹ threshold; and how to interpret the auto-cashout feature if you want to lock in a multiplier without manually pressing the collect button mid-round.

We cannot process refunds, access your account, or act on your behalf with the platform, for account-specific issues you will always need to contact the platform's support directly, but we can help you understand what to ask them and what the platform's own terms say about your situation.

Email us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 48 hours on weekdays. If your query is time-sensitive, for example, a withdrawal that has significantly exceeded the partner platform's stated processing window, or a UPI deposit that debited your PhonePe or GPay balance but has not appeared in your gaming wallet after 30 minutes, put the word URGENT in your subject line and we will prioritise the response.

We do not publish sponsored content, accept payment to alter review conclusions, or adjust our coverage in exchange for affiliate arrangements beyond the standard partner link disclosed in our footer. If you represent a platform and believe we have published factually inaccurate information about your service, contact us at the same address with supporting documentation, a screenshot of your current terms, a transaction record, or your published RTP certification. Confirmed errors are corrected promptly. Accurate information about real-money play in India is the only standard this site is built on, and that standard applies whether a correction comes from a reader in Mumbai or an operator's compliance team.
